MEET PHILIP

Philip is a dedicated public servant, experienced trial prosecutor, and proven leader who puts justice for victims and public safety first.

Philip is a proud product of Marion County–raised in Pike Township by his single mother, a registered nurse who instilled in him the importance of integrity, service, and excellence. Philip is a graduate of IUPUI and Harvard Law School. He is a proven trial attorney with experience in both jury and bench trials, and he also brings private-sector experience from an international law firm. Philip served as a deputy prosecutor under Ryan Mears and Terry Curry, handling serious cases that included murder, robbery, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and juvenile offenses. Today, he serves as Clerk-Treasurer for the Town of Speedway, where he is responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar budget. Philip and his wife, Christi, are proud to be raising their three children in Speedway.

He is running for Marion County Prosecutor because Indy deserves better. Philip will bring his trial experience as a deputy prosecutor and background as the manager of a multi-million dollar budget to refocus the prosecutor's office on fighting for safer neighborhoods and real justice for victims across the county.
