Indiana State Police Alliance Supports Foust for Marion County Prosecutor

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Police Alliance (ISPA) announced its support for Philip Foust for Marion County Prosecutor, citing the importance of experienced, accountable leadership in the prosecutor’s office and a commitment to working alongside law enforcement to address violent crime and improve public safety throughout Indianapolis and Marion County.

“Indianapolis presents some of the most difficult public-safety and recruiting challenges our troopers face anywhere in Indiana,” said Cory Martin, Executive Director of the Indiana State Police Alliance. “Those challenges are significant enough that a $10,000 incentive has been implemented to help recruit troopers to serve in Indianapolis. That speaks to the environment Troopers are being asked to work in and why strong cooperation between law enforcement and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office is so important.”
